RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Wangaratta Caravans & Marine. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy as follows:

1.       Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2.       Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

3.       Receipt Requirement: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. Please retain your receipt as it will be necessary to process your return.

4.       Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a.       Contact our Customer Support team at parts@wangcm.com.au within the 7-day return period to inform them about your intent to return the item.

b.       Package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

c.       Include a copy of the original receipt with the returned item.

d.       Ship the item to the provided return address, which will be shared by our Customer Support team.

e.       Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and Wangaratta Caravans & Marine cannot be held liable for any such costs or lost items in transit.

5.       Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return policy criteria. If the item is found to be eligible for a return, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Please be advised that our ability to process returns is subject to the policies and decisions of our suppliers, as we must request approval from their warranty department for any return.

6.       Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from our return policy for hygiene or safety reasons. These may include, but are not limited to, clothing, hats and general apparel.

7.       Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.

8.       Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made at Wangaratta Caravans & Marine and does not cover items purchased from other retailers or third-party sellers.
